We have 7 housekeeping cottages that we rent by the WEEK in July and August, and by the NIGHT in June, September and October.

PRICES:
KT ~ $175 per night plus 8% tax; $1175 per week, plus 8% tax
NY, OH, TX - $190 per night plus 8% tax; $1300 per week, plus 8% tax
FL, OR - $200 per night plus 8% tax; $1325 per week, plus 8% tax
ILL - $240 per night plus 8% tax; $1425 per week, plus 8% tax
HOUSEKEEPING COTTAGES
Each cottage has a full kitchen with stove, microwave, full size fridge, toaster, coffee pot, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and utensils.
Each cottage has a small bathroom with a sink, toilet, and stand up shower.
Each bed has a mattress pad and one/two pillows with pillow covers. Linens are NOT provided in these cottages unless upon request and for a fee.
Guests bring their own sheets, blankets, towels, napkins and paper towels.
We provide clear garbage bags, septic-safe toilet paper, two dish towels, two dish rags, one bathmat, one sponge, cleaner and dish soap.
We have a variety of additional dishes, utensils, small appliances, pots and pans, etc. for loan. Please see us at the office.
We do offer high speed internet and heat but do not have TVs or AC.
These cottages are clean, cozy & the perfect spot for a family or group vacation!
