  • RI, TN, NJ ~ $160 per night plus 8% tax; $1000 per week, plus 8% tax

  • WA, VT - $185 per night plus 8% tax; $1100 per week, plus 8% tax

MOTEL UNIT COTTAGES

  • Each cottage has a small bathroom with a toilet, sink, and stand-up shower.

  • Each cottage also has a small refrigerator and a microwave.

  • Coffee pots and toasters are available upon request.

  • Linens are provided in these cottages unless rented for the week.

  • We do offer high-speed internet and heat but do not have TVs or AC.

These cottages make the perfect spot for a romantic get-away, a one night stop over, a solo trip or a few days trip with the family.

*For one or two people, try the Rhode Island, Tennessee or New Jersey cottages.

*For two, three or four people, try the Washington or Vermont cottages.
